NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ESTABLISH A SUBORDINATE SERVICE DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Supervisors of Belvidere Township will conduct a public hearing to consider the establishment of a Subordinate Service District (“SSD”) within an area graphically depicted on Exhibit A (posted at the Belvidere Townhall) to provide for the general maintenance and long-term accountability of the anticipated 370th Street bituminous road improvement, including but not limited to pothole filling, patching, crack filling, sealcoating, bituminous overlay and full depth reconstruction purposes, subject to certain conditions, for the benefit of all of the properties within the SSD pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 365A and other applicable statutes.

The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 8th day of September 2026 at the Belvidere Town Hall located at 26529 370th Street, Goodhue, Minnesota 55027. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed SSD will be heard at this meeting.
